Refund Policy

Stuff happens and sometimes kids are unable to attend camps or clinics due to illness, family emergencies, last minute travel plans, etc. Below is our refund policy that we have in place for a variety of reasons but mainly because of ordering equipment/food/shirts and staff arrangements that take place in advance.

Camps-

1. Before March 1st- Full refund back to your original form of payment (credit card/check)
2. After March 1st- Full account credit to be used at a later date on camps, clinics, ropes, etc. This credit will NOT expire.

Clinics-

1. One month prior to the clinic- Full refund back to your original form of payment (credit card/check)
2. Less than one month prior to the clinic- Full account credit to be used at a later date on camps, clinics, ropes, etc. This credit will NOT expire.
